By accessing or using FlowIntake ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FlowIntake provides AI-powered client intake, qualification, and case management software for law firms. The Service includes intake forms, AI case scoring, dashboard management, email notifications, and analytics.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• A 14-day free trial is provided upon signup
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on any third party's rights

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant FlowIntake a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

FlowIntake uses artificial intelligence to analyze and score client inquiries. AI-generated scores, briefs, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for all legal decisions made using the Service.

FlowIntake treats all client intake data as confidential. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

FlowIntake and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowIntake and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FlowIntake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
